SportsEngine "Risk Free Guarantee" Offer

Open only to legal U.S. and Canadian residents who are administrators/owners of youth or adult sports organizations & businesses. This “2 Months Free” offer (the “Offer”) is valid on the purchase of a HQ Premium month-to-month or annual payment terms with 12-month subscription between August 24, 2020 at 12:00 A.M. Central Time (“CT”) and continuing through October 23, 2020 at 11:59 P.M. CT, (“Promotion Period”). Once the Offer is applied, you will receive your first two (2) months of HQ Premium subscription fees free of charge (the “Risk Free Guarantee”). At the end of the Risk Free Guarantee, your HQ Premium membership will automatically be charged the standard monthly rate ($69) or annual rate ($749), plus any applicable taxes and fees. To avoid being charged, automatic renewal must be turned off on your account within the first 60 days. Offer not valid for existing HQ Premium subscriptions and only available for new HQ Premium month-to-month or annual payment terms with 12-month subscriptions purchased during the Promotion Period. Offer valid for a limited time only. The Offer is non-transferable and has no cash value. Adjustments to prior purchases will not be permitted. What’s Included

• Any new SportsEngine HQ Premium customer is eligible for two months of free subscription fees (up to a $138 value) or a 1/6th discount off of our annual payment plan (normally $749 but discounted to $624).
• Monthly plans will receive their first two (2) invoices with an associated credit towards their monthly fee. Annual payment plans will receive their invoice with an associated 1/6th credit towards their annual fee.
• After the Risk Free Guarantee period (60 day) has ended, the client will be accountable to pay the agreed upon monthly or annual fee until the contract has reached term end date. 

“Risk Free Guarantee” Cancellation Policy

• Acceptance of promotional offer means Client is entering into a month-by-month agreement with SportsEngine with a minimum term of 12 months.
• Any Client who starts a new HQ Premium subscription during this promotional period will have 60 days from their “term initiation date” to opt-out/cancel their contract term without penalty.
• Term initiation date refers to the date in which a HQ Premium subscription agreement is signed and initiated with SportsEngine.

What fees are NOT eligible for to be refunded upon cancellation

• Any monthly subscription (SAAS) fees after the first two accredited months.
• Any one-time service fees such as design services or content migration. 
• Any fees for an upgraded design package.
• Any processing or technology fees attributed to processing money through SportsEngine’s financial services.
• Any fees for purchasing background screens or abuse prevention training.
• Any costs associated with SportsEngine’s competition tools that are not included in a SportsEngine HQ premium subscription.

New vs Existing HQ Eligibility

• This offer is available to organizations who would like to open up a net new SportsEngine HQ subscription and is not available for existing HQ Premium subscription plans.

Annual and Monthly Payment Options

• This offer in its entirety (2 accredited months + Risk Free Guarantee) is only available to new HQ customers who sign up for HQ Premium with a monthly or annual (one-time) payment plan. 
• If a customer activating a new HQ Premium subscription selects an annual payment plan, SportsEngine will honor a 1/6th discount off their one-time subscription fee which is equivalent to a two month accredited discount (normalized at our annual rate). 
• If you select to pay with an annual payment plan, you will opt into SportsEngine Terms of Use.
