Instead of punishing players for making mistakes, coaches should shift their focus to guiding players through the learning process and making an effort to recognize and reward them for their successes. 

The ending scoreboard needs its winner and loser, but no single outcome will ever define you.

Another key is understanding that the low seam is almost never available. Avoid it! Better options are hitting high hands or tooling out of bounds for the point.

When something is fun for the players they are happier and when they are happier they give more effort. 

No matter the activity or the body part we’re analyzing, a proper warm-up is essential! We need to prep our tissues for the work ahead of them.
